How is a fence made to measure?

At ARTIG METALL, fences are not produced off the peg, but as custom-made design solutions. But how does a project like this actually work? This is how your custom-made ARTIG METALL fence is created - explained step by step.

1. inquiry & initial consultation

Every project starts with an idea - and your request. Let us know your requirements via our contact form or by e-mail: Dimensions, desired design, color, installation type and photos of the installation situation as well as your contact information and delivery location.
Good to know: On request, we can advise you by phone or in person - together we can clarify which designs, post systems and materials are suitable for your project.

 

2. indicative offer & planning

As soon as the key data has been determined, you will receive an indicative offer that includes the estimated costs for materials, planning and delivery.
When the order is placed, we start with the technical planning:
- Your dimensions are transferred to a 3D CAD model (SolidWorks)
- The design is adapted (e.g. cut-out sizes or design start from below)
- Technical requirements such as wind load, base widths or fixing points are incorporated into the planning

3. visualization & release

Depending on the project, you will receive a technical drawing for approval or, on request, a Photoshop preview in which we insert your desired design into a photo of your surroundings. This will give you a feel for the effect of color and design.
We will only start production after your written approval.

4. customized production

Your fence is manufactured in our production facility in Wels (Austria) with great attention to detail:
- Laser-cut design panels made of aluminum (3 mm)
- Posts with fastening system
- Powder coating in highly weatherproof quality - durable, UV-resistant and rustproof
All parts are carefully packed and prepared for shipping.

5. delivery & assembly

The choice is yours:
Self-assembly - with supplied templates and clear instructions

Installation by a craftsman you trust

Or: We can arrange a suitable installation partner from our network - directly in your area.
Thanks to their sophisticated design, our fences are easy to install - even on slight slopes or in special installation situations.
